The Lugo-based company CINUR CONSULTORES URBANÍSTICOS E INMOBILIARIOS S.L.is a firm specialising in the property sector. During its initial period, its activities focused on the Canary Islands. Over the years, however, it has diversified its lines of business, with major market expansion throughout the entire country.

Today, CINUR is a leader in the management of processes and projects related to its core activity: property development. To reach this position, it has significantly developed four business areas: Project Management, Property Consultancy, Land Management and Asset Management. These services cover everything from searching for land to delivering the properties, taking all necessary actions from the town planning, technical, financial and legal points of view.

This ability to integrate all essential areas of any property project, with special emphasis placed on land management, and the subsequent property management, have been the factors that have led CINUR, apart from its many local offices around the country, to set its sights on the international markets. The result is the consolidation of two local offices in Eastern Europe , one in Bucharest, Romania, and another in Warsaw, Poland, investments in Africa and plans to continue this expansion policy in other countries in the short term.
