CINUR has vast experience in managing processes and projects related to real estate promotion, both residential and industrial, offering the client a tailor-made Project Management service. This service includes everything in the project from start to finish (economic and market analysis, search for investors, financing, commercialisation and sales management, project drafting and works management). To do so, CINUR Consultores Urbanísticos e Inmobiliarios, S.L. has a multidiscipline team of architects, surveyors, lawyers, qualified marketing experts and economists, perfectly co-ordinated to optimise the results of the project at hand.
The following are some of the project management activities that we have carried out:
Tenerife:
- Complete management of the development known as "VOLCAN DEL TEIDE", with 54 housing units, on Site 9A of the R2m Partial Plan in Cabo Blanco, Arona (Tenerife). Promoter: Arante de Barreira, S.L.
- Complete management of the real estate development known as RESIDENCIAL "ACORÁN", with 15 single-family terraced houses, on Site 17 of the Glasor Partial Plan, Acorán Zone, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Promoter: Promociones de Canarias y Sarria, S.L.
- Complete management of a real estate development with 7 single-family terraced houses, on Site 18 of the Glasor Partial Plan, Acorán Zone, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Promoter: Promociones de Canarias y Sarria, S.L.
Fuerteventura:
Complete management of a development with 12 single-family detached houses, on Site "L" of the Playa Blanca Partial Plan, in Puerto del Rosario (Fuerteventura). Promoter: Jaime Otero Canarias, S.L.
Lugo:
Complete management of a commercial development located on Site 2 (15,300 square metres development potential), Sector No. 1 of the S.U.N.P. IN-G, in the city of Lugo. Promoter: Garaballa Inversiones, S.L.
