Land management involves an initial study and analysis phase of the possibilities offered by a plot of land based on the applicable regulations (General Planning and Ancillary Regulations) and a later urban development and management phase, which includes drafting all types of urban development projects (partial plans, zoning projects, detail studies, redistribution, landscaping, reparcelling, etc.).
