CINUR's promotion activity in the residential, commercial and industrial markets covers the entire real estate management process, from the search for and acquisition of land (we have a great amount of land in our portfolio) to delivery of the properties. In the intermediate phases, CINUR undertakes all of the necessary processes related to urban planning (land analysis, detail studies, compensation projects, reparcelling, redistribution), legal affairs (all types of contracts of sale, loans), technical aspects (drafting of architectural projects) and financial matters (operation viability study, search for financing, formalisation of construction insurance, bonds).

The following are some of the real estate developments that we have promoted recently or that are planned to begin in the coming months:

 

A Coruña:

  • Viability analysis and management for the development known as RESIDENCIAL LANGOSTEIRA, with 92 housing units, commercial premises and garages, located on Avenida General Sanjurjo, in the city of A Coruña.
  • Viability analysis, project drafting and management for the development known as RESIDENCIAL "COSTA DE SANTAS MARIÑAS", with 20 single-family homes, in Santiago de Compostela (A Coruña).

  

Fuerteventura:

CINUR has promoted several developments on the island of Fuerteventura. Through these actions, it has managed a total of 373 housing units.



 

Gran Canaria:

Viability analysis, project drafting and management of the development known as RESIDENCIAL "LOMO BATISTA", with 34 single-family homes, in Action Unit No. 36 of the Las Palmas de G.C. Urban Development Plan, in Lomo Batista, Tafira Zone, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.



 

  

Lanzarote:

CINUR has managed a total of 404 single-family terraced houses in the town of Arrecife.

  
  

 

Lugo:

Viability analysis, project drafting and management of

228 regional government subsidised housing

units in the O Castiñeiro area of Lugo.

 

 



 

  

Tenerife:

Viability analysis, project drafting and management of a total of 338 housing units in the R2m Partial Plan in Cabo Blanco, Arona (Tenerife).

  

  

Valladolid:

Viability analysis, project drafting and management of a development with 59 single-family terraced houses in the Cañadón II Partial Plan, in Zaratán, Valladolid.
