Our real estate consultancy services include all of the study stages of an operation, either upon request by our client or as a result of agreements with public or private entities. The study involves the following phases: Economic and Commercial Analysis of the area (Market Study), Real Estate Offer and/or Demand Analysis, Technical Project Drafting, Marketing Plan and Economic – Financial Viability Plan.

The following are some of the real estate consultancy activities that we have carried out:

• Collaboration in drafting the PIOF (Fuerteventura Island Development Plan).
• Market Study and Economic-Financial Viability Analysis for the implementation of the Begonte, Samos, Corgo, Valadouro and Alfoz business parks, in the Lugo province.
• Market Study and Economic-Financial Viability Analysis for the development of publicly owned land. This project includes the restoration of the General Hospital, converting it into a Rest Home, the construction of 200 housing units, 336 parking spaces, 3,000 square metres of commercial premises and the construction of a 170-room 4-star hotel.
• Study and development of the partial plan for the implementation of a multipurpose shopping centre in collaboration with Erosmer Ibérica S.A.
